			<description><![CDATA[ I have been working on a diet that is high in fiber and low in fat and calories in order to loose weight. At the beginning of this diet, I weighed 220#. I have

			<description><![CDATA[ Hi! I have been studying the Jedi ways for a couple of years now. I am now looking into starting alot of physical training. I go to the gym alot. But
specificly I would like to engage in some sort of martial arts. I there somewhere that I could go to recieve instruction? I have to admit that I am short on
cash, so a local dojo would be out of the question.
